![]() ![]() The AdamBots Newsletter was created by the Marketing Team in March 2015. This open-source resource produces real time OPR results from competitions with no human input, getting data directly from FIRST feeds. Information for programmers from our programming team can be found here, including links to the FRC Java library and Javadoc and the Github respository for the robot’s code. Numerous versions of the AdamBots logo are found here for team members or others looking for branding for FRC Team 245. This page contains, for reference for other teams, our past submissions for Chairmans, Woodie Flowers, Dean’s List, and the OCCRA Foundation Award. The AdamBots have used a Touch Screen based pit presentation tool for many years. The Link above is for build and operating instructions for other teams to build their own cannon. The Cannon is very satisfying to shoot and has enough power to shoot over the stands during Football games. The AdamBots built a T-Shirt cannon for the Adams High School Staff to use at Sporting Events, Pep Rally’s, and other Events. We dedicate an entire subteam to the pursuit of this award, and they produce significant materials for it. The Chairman’s Award is FIRST‘s most prestigious award. The business plan, developed by our Project Management Team, helps us ensure sustainability, continuity, and impact as a FIRST team. One of our mentors, John Savage, has created technical training summaries useful for robot design. This page contains summaries for all FIRST games from 2012 to the present year.
